Mô tả công việc

- Trên cơ sở tồn kho, dự báo số lượng hàng xuất, kế hoạch sản xuất để lập kế hoạch mua hàng, đảm bảo mua đủ hàng, tồn kho hợp lí và kịp tiến độ cho sản xuất.
- Theo dõi hàng: theo dõi tiến độ làm hàng ở nhà cung cấp và sắp xếp nhận hàng về kho công ty
- Chuẩn bị đầy đủ chứng từ nhận hàng: chuyển bộ chứng từ nhập khẩu cho bộ phân xuất nhập khẩu, chuyển thông tin hàng nhập cho bộ phận kho trước khi hàng về kho...
- Kết hợp kho và bộ phận QC trong quá trình kiểm tra hàng hóa, thông báo tình trạng hàng và xử lí hàng lỗi.
- Đảm bảo việc thông tin và cập nhật các tài liệu sản phẩm và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng cho các nhà cung cấp phụ.
- Theo dõi các khoản công nợ, dự trù tài chính mua vật từ và chuẩn bị chứng từ thanh toán cho các khoản nợ đến hạn.
- Kết hợp với các phòng ban liên quan để giải quyết vấn đề tồn kho, định mức sử dụng.
- Quản lí, tìm kiếm, phát triển các nhà cung cấp tiềm năng.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.
