Mô tả công việc

• Researching the new potential customer and market, especially in printing & packaging fields
• Establishing, maintaining and developing business relationships with current customers and prospective in person or via telephone calls and emails
• Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries from customers was assigned to take care
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• Make the quotations, sales contracts, delivery documents,…
• Final checking plates before delivering to customer. Ensure these products are performed right with their ordered specification.
• Ensure customer satisfaction on company's services and products.
• Arrange schedules on shipping and make delivery of products as well as services;
• Follow up and supports customers after sale.
• Deal with complaints from customers;
• Doing and sending Sales report to Sales Supervisor
• Buiding and sending Sales plan in the next time to Supervisor
• Performing others tasks and activities related to Sales.
• Support accountant collect debts from customers
• Supply of direct and detailed training to new sales staff
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending training short courses about sales skills; reviewing professional publications
• Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
• Attending the exhibition or expo about related industries to printing
