Mô tả công việc

• Hold 24-hour Service hotline
• Call clients if requested or send message to Hotels
• Accompany guests and arrange everything in case of problem (lost luggage, stolen items)
• Special treatment or accompany for FAM and VIP (if requested) groups/guests.
• Handle complaints and coordinate with Sales and Operation people in charge to solve things on spot (problems, optional tour) Customer Care talks to the guests only; everything else has to be done by the departments involved. Sales needs to inform Customer Care all the details so that Customer Care can call the guests and talk to them).
• Take care of the feedback/questionnaires and forward them to the people in charge
• Assist bookings with Spanish sales
