Primary Role: The Manager is primarily responsible for the delivery of all operations and maintenance activities required under the service agreement contract. Duties include; planning, organizing and directing activities with respect to the respective contract operations, including water treatment facilities, distribution systems and pump stations, customer service and billing, etc. as may be required by contract. Facilitates cooperation between operations and capital staff on new capital upgrades and repair & replacement projects.   Military Services Group (MSG) has obtained 50-year contracts for the ownership and operation of the water and wastewater systems at ten active military installations around the country. We are proud to be experts in the water services industry being one of the largest and most experienced water service providers in the United States.   Key Accountabilities: Responsible for all operations and maintenance activities and the overall operation/efficiency. Directly or indirectly supervises all staff assigned to the Project. Develops objectives to meet regulatory requirement efficiencies and productivity via continuous quality improvement and strategic planning. Organizes operations, maintenance, and support activities to maximize efficient use of available staff, equipment and materials. Controls expenditures to meet or exceed Value Contribution.-On GoingAnalyzes and evaluates operation, maintenance, and support functions, initiates new or improved practices as necessary. Accountable for the productivity and efficiency of system operations and achieving state, federal and local environmental regulatory requirements. Responsible for ensuring appropriate health and safety measures are established and carried out in system operations and maintenance. Interacts with subordinates, supervisors, other agencies, and customers to facilitate smooth system functioning. Develops, prepares and delivers all customer, regulator and corporate reporting requirements for the project.
