Job Description :
HR Assist : Make a plan and execute how to recruit talented people. To post job on Recruiting site, screen CVs, Set up interviews. (Work with CEO)
Sales Assist: Make bills, issue invoices and make contracts for clients, Make a Payment for partners. Monitor and report each client account (Work with Sales Manager and CEO).
Accounting Assist: Make a Payment for corporate spending (Work with CEO and Accountant)
General Affairs : Any necessary general affairs including buying and maintaining office staffs, printing business card, booking hotels or flight ticket for business trip etc (Work with CEO)
