- Qualification: University
- Experience: Minimum 5 years working experiences
- Well skills on Microsoft Offices, especially Excel
- Can speak English or Japanese
- Other attributes: honest, work hard and good attitude

Quyền lợi được hưởng

- Salary: from $600 - $700 net
- Working in Dinh Vu Industrial Park, Hai An, Hai Phong
- Working from Monday to Friday, and 2 Saturdays/ month
- Welfare, insurance, vacations, 13th payment,... according to company's policy and Labour Vietnam Code

Mô tả công việc

- Planning, scheduling, monitoring and checking the procurement activities
- Request Procurement Planner issue the Purchase Requisition
- Ensure POs are timely and properly maintained in the system. Ensure materials arrive in the correct quantity and timing according to production requirements
- Preparing and negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers and maintain document/ISO system related to procurement activities
- Maintain scheduling of production by section based on commitments by all Suppliers, which must meet agreed delivery criteria. Goal is maximizing efficiency and productivity
- Training the staff according to the department needs & objectives
- To co-ordinate with other departments to make sure the delivery is on schedule.
- Other tasks as assigned by Logistics Manager and/or Factory Deputy General Director
