Our client is a FDI manufacturing company, now looking foran HR Manager.



• Reportdirectly to Senior HR Manager;

• Improveand develop relationship between employee and employer;

• Conducttraining programs in order to enhance working skills and expertise ofemployees;

• Coordinateall HR functions;

• Supervisethe implementation of HR relevant policies and regulations in the company;

• Contributeto the development of company’s working environment;

• Manageall HR Dept. activities and support HR executives;

• AssistSenior HR Manager in doing tasks as requested;

• Otherrelated tasks will be discussed in details during the interview.

Mô tả công việc

Bachelor’sDegree, major in HR, Behavioral Science or similarity;

• Have atleast 05 years of experience at the same position in manufacturing companies;

• Able tobalance between management and employees requirements;

• Good incommunication, management and planning skills;

• Serviceoriented, patient but firm;

• Goodcommand of English;

• Willingto go on business trips;
