• Bachelor’s Degree, major in Law, Administration, Human Resources or related fields;
• Have minimum 05 years in HR field, minimum 03 years at the similar position;
• Have 03 years of experience of making HR plan for foot wear manufacturing companies is an advantage;
• Have in-depth knowledge about Human Resources Planning and Labor Law;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Good at certain skills: communication, presentation, analyzing, and problem solving skills;
• Honest, enthusiastic, patient and have ability to work under high pressure;
