+ Management, Consulting and Coaching Roles:
- Daily intergrate with E-commerce HR Platform, and monitoring service operations such as Manpower Supply, Task Assignment, Job Posting of www.taskbns.com in Hanoi Marketplace and surounded provinces such as Bac Ninh, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Hai Phong...
- Daily monitoring entire Staffs of Operations Department ( include 4 teams: Recruitment, Training, Home and Business), ensure all staffs are well trainned and fully understand, and familiar with using E- commerce HR Platform – www.taskbns, offline procedures to achieve agreed KPI.
- Daily liaise to Technical/ Project Dept, Commercial Dept, Sales & Marketing Dept to monitor E-Commerce HR Platform, and all teams, staffs in the Operations Department to follow up from sort out, interview arrangement, interview execution, shortlist candidates, propose to clients dispatch, and manage to assess employees to complete the projects/ contracts at the clients’ satisfaction.
- Daily follow up and track progress of all teams and team members to ensure projects offered by clients are in good service manner.
- Make sure all staffs are trainned, awared, and followed the rules: Customers are number ONE.
- Acts as an HR advisor in Recruitment, Training and Development, Compensation & Benefit, Tallent Management, Manpower Dispatch/ Dismantle, Job Posting, Task Assignment for all internal Departments and Staffs as well as external clients/ partners.
- Responsible for staffs coaching, training, counseling and progressive discipline strategies.
- Play a key role as a Products/ Services advisor to fully support Sale & Marketing Department, Technical Department in system continuous improvement.
- Plan and forecast the requirements and the development for the operations department in the short and long term plan as needed by business growth.
- Manage and improve productivity to optimize the costs while providing the best-in-class service to end customers.
- Motivate and develop the team through improvement plan and coaching.
- Ensure self target and Department targets are achieved
- Others as instructed and agreed with BOD.
+ Recruitment Roles:
- Work closely with BOD, Manpower Supply Manager in Minh Viet Head Quater ( mother company) and clients’ Hiring Manager to understand the requirements of HR Outsource Inquiries of each specific client to ensure the selected employee is best suitable to the vacancy/ task.
- Guiding and coaching the Recruitment/ Training/ Home/ Business Team to evaluate clients requirements/ JD, screen potential candidates, conduct initial assessment, interviews, send shortlists to clients
- In charge as the leader to lead the recruitment team in interview and selection to ensure right man for right job.
