_Have project management certificate is preferred.
_Have Supervision Certificate is preferred.
_Being active, enthusiastic, responsible for work and intending to work for long time for the company is preferred
_Good English communication skill.
_ Be able to work independently and under pressure.
_ Local resident is preferred. (Working at An Giang or Thu Duc)

Mô tả công việc

_ Design, implement, maintain, and improve electric instrument, equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
_Marking out the site make sure designs are applied correctly and liaise with main and sub-contractors and the site manager.
_Managing construction projects relating to the M&E tasks
_Overseeing building work and undertaking surveys
_Setting out sites and organizing facilities
_Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
_Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
_Providing technical advice; problem solving relating to the M&E issues.
_Ordering and negotiating the price of materials
_Checking drawings, quantities and ensuring the accuracy of calculations
_Ensuring site security, health and safety
_Organizing and supervising materials and people
_Regular liaison with the client, its representatives, and any consultants is another key part of the job.
