- Support from A to Z a customer record: Create itineraries and quotes. Communicate by phone or e-mail to answer any questions related to travel, bookings ..., and client appointments.
- Satisfying customers with professionalism, honesty, attitude and politeness.
- Maintain sustainable relationships with local partners and overseas.
- Working under the Director's instruction
- Fluency in French or English is an advantage.
- Experience in the field of tourism and hotel trade
