• Proficient in written and spoken English; communication with people at all levels in English including handling compliments/complaints
• Detail and customer service oriented and problem solving ability

• Able to work independently, , sales and service quality driven, deliver jobs on time and a team player
• Preferable experience working in a global corporate and/or the tourism/hospitality industry
• Preferable graduation in Tourism, Hospitality, Economics or Business Administration
• Computer literacy: advanced Word, Excel, Power point, Photoshop
