As an IT Supervisor, you will manage the IT Department ensuring the quality and delivery of IT service to both the hotel and its Guests. Specifically, the IT Supervisor will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Fully in charge of our IT Department including hotel servers, Internet Service, IPTV systems, phone systems
• Provide day-to-day support for all internal hotel IT systems and users, ensuring smooth operation and minimizing any system outages
• Daily maintenance & repairs of IT, Phone, IPTV systems in the hotel
• Handle negotiations with outside IT Hardware and Software suppliers
• Maintain licenses for all software and ensure that all systems are covered with the proper maintenance contracts & software agreements
• Assist Sales & Marketing team on all e-commerce, social medias, web related issues
• Maintain a log of all computer hardware and a log of all services calls on computer hardware
• Manage the configuration records, program files and data files on the computer system
• Monitor the performance of the computer software and maintain a log of performance reports, error and integrity check reports, system malfunctions and solutions
• Investigate, correct and report all hardware & software problems
• Train some selected employees to take on responsibility of the systems in his absence
• These efforts will be fulfilled timely, within budget, and in accordance with IT operating standards under the supervision of the Financial Controller and General Manager
