Sound United, a division of DEI Holding, is looking for a Inside Channel Coordinator to join their team as a direct employee.  Under direction and supervision of the Inside Channel Specialist, the individual is responsible for providing support  in the sales and service of Sound United products to all Sound United Customers (Inside and Outside the Corporation) through proactive verbal, electronic and written communications, and by cultivating and maintaining positive customer relationships, on an individual basis and as an active member of the Sales Team.   Sales order processing for Sound United customers, to include dealers, independent representatives, distributors, salespersons and consumers, with a particular emphasis on the assigned sales channels.  Receives and takes orders for Sound United products and processes them promptly and accurately in the company’s ERP system, M2K.  Undertakes all necessary measures for orders to be processed, released and allocated/shipped in a timely fashion to meet order fulfillment goals established by Sound United and/or the customer.  This position entails communication and working closely with the credit department, finance, shipping and supply chain, as well as other departments and service providers to achieve the stated goals of fulfilling the order(s) completely, efficiently and in compliance. Answers basic technical questions concerning Sound United Products. Resolves with all customers such problems as product shortages, shipping discrepancies, transportation/transaction charges, to include issuing Return Authorizations, Call Tags, product placement, credits, freight quotes, shipment tracking and shipment information, and any other task to support any customer transaction. Supports the Inside Channel Specialists, working closely with them and channel leaders and other members of the channel organization in the execution of new accounts as directed. Works together with Outside Sales organization in the maintenance of existing accounts, to include providing requested information, order status updates, keeping account information up to date with the most recent and accurate status of the account,  providing marketing materials to the account as requested or as deemed necessary. Communicates and forwards all relevant and necessary internal information and mail to members of the Outside Sales Force. Follows up promptly on problems and their resolutions to ensure they have been completed to the satisfaction of all associated parties and reports results.
