Mô tả công việc

- Research on legal issues/investment regulations, scenarios and alternatives for our international clients; this would include comparisons with other countries and related joint-projects with other colleagues;
- Implement legal registrations/establishments/investment procedures;
- Meet independently and/or with a company team with clients;
- Accompany clients and partners while in Vietnam to follow proposed investment or trading activities in the country;
- Liaise and strengthen relationships with local contacts and suppliers (included but not limited to government and other contacts);
- Follow up on clients retainers;
- Prepare articles and possible future language edition coordination;
- Any other engagement as advised by the supervisor.
