• College or University graduate.
• Able to communicate in English
• At least 3 years of experience in supervising a team of QA Inspectors, experience with ISO 9001 certified company. Experienced working with ISO14000 and OSHAS18001 certified company is an advantage.
• Good people interaction skills, good problem solving skill, able to deal with customer and handle quality issue.
• Residence in Bac Ninh or Bac Giang is preferred

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for the quality control aspects of raw materials, in-process and finished products.
- Assist in setting quality standards and quality plan, ensuring that production is to customers' specification.
- Responsible for the deployment of adequate resources to ensure smooth and effective operation of the Quality Department.
