• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
• Passion and Will to work for long term (more than 6 months)
• Experience in wedding market, b2b sales is highly appreciated
• Expertise of Microsoft office skill (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Understand the difference of work with Japan and Vietnam and respect the way of working here
• Politeness in manner enough communicating with established client (5 star hotels etc)
• Integrity, politeness, honesty
• Ownership and responsibility for own work and achieving result
• Openness to colleagues and willingness to help each other

WORKING CONDITIONS
• Time
 8 hours per day (shift 1: 10~13, 14~19pm, shift 2: 13~17, 18~22pm)
 5 days per week, 1~2 day-off (Monday + 1 more day)
 Ability to work on weekends
• SALARY: negotiable depending on experience and ability
• Other
 Hired as Trainee for the first 2 month (salary paid as 80% of official contract)
 9.5% of social insurance deducted from salary, 20% will be paid by company (after official contract)
 Gasoline fee (other than commuting) subsidized according to actual usage (3000vnd/km)
 Phone allowance subsidized (50,000vnd/month)

JOB DESCRIPTION
You will directly work with general director and mainly in charge of sales activities. Main task will be as follows but not limited.
• Your mission is to increase the number of customers visiting to KOYUKI with the following activities:
 B2b relationship:
 Managing and expanding relationships with b2b partners (5 star hotels, luxury wedding centers, restaurant etc)
 Your job covers from planning, developing products, communicating with partners, to reporting the result to general director.
 You are expected to have close communication with general director
 Online marketing
 Daily managing facebook, website to attract more customers and leads to visit
 Develop plan/event for facebook/website to attract fans
 Organize event/fair
 Support preparing wedding fair such as White Palace, Movenpick etc
 Support having events at KOYUKI to invite potential customers
• In addition to sales activities, customer care is also required
 When having customers at KOYUKI, support other staffs to talk with customers and help customers fitting dress, etc
