Position: Marketing Director - CPG Location: North Denver Metro Status: Full Time Estimated Duration: Full-Time Starts: Within a Couple Weeks Rate: $120-$160K Job Description: A Denver-based  company in the CPG space is seeking a Marketing Director with experience in CPG and R&D strategy to join its team as a direct hire to work onsite in Brighton. This is a great opportunity to work with an established company who has a long and rich history but is also progressive in forward-thinking strategy. The ideal Marketing Director would have: - A Minimum 6-10 years acting in a senior leadership role within the consumer packaged good industry - Minimum of 4-6 years managing marketing teams composed of designers, brand managers and marcomm professionals - A proven track record of success, focused on developing comprehensive marketing plans, developing market research capabilities and developing mid-level managers - Experience in both traditional and digital marketing - Experience partnering with sales and R&D teams, creating consistency and cohesion among all teams to drive growth of the entire organization - Experience in B2B & B2C environments with a focus on B2C - Experience managing both in-house teams as well as agency partners This is a senior-level strategic role where the Marketing Director will directly influence the future of the company! This is an onsite direct hire full-time opportunity that will be 40 hours per week Monday-Friday!
