· Undergraduatedegree, majorin Marketing, Communication, Commercials

· Goodknowledge of communication and media industry

· Minimum 7-8year experience in communication

· Minimum 5year experience in senior management

· Minimum 2year experience in equivalent position (preferable)

· Excellent –Leadership and management skills

· Excellent –Planning skills

· Excellent –Communication and presentation skills

· Good -Written and spoken English

· Broadnetwork with stakeholders such as clients, Government agencies, TV Stations,Communication agencies, Media owners

· Flexibilityto work overtime

· Ability towork under pressure

Mô tả công việc

Business Planning andManagement

· Develop an AnnualBusiness Plan of Ha Noi Branch in alignment with the 4 business units leadersand get approval from BOM
· Lead and managethe implementation of the approved plan of Ha Noi Branch
· Ensure allof 4 Business Units (Outdoor, Media, TV channels and Content business) in HaNoi to meet their business targets
· Responsiblefor P&L of the whole Hanoi Branch
· Responsiblefor the branding of company and its operating company in Hanoi market
· Responsiblefor managing ad hoc projects assigned by BOM in Ha Noi, including but notlimited to: investment project, market intelligence, etc.
Keepup-to-date and identify new revenue streams, industry trends and businessopportunities for branch in Ha Noi market

Relationship Management

· Build andmaintain relationships with: Clients, Media owners, Government agencies andpotential business partners
· Accountabledirectly for the management of Key Accounts in Ha Noi
Pointof contact to solve issues related to business services to Clients as well asrelationships with local authorities

Managing the Branch

· Peoplemanagement: in co-ordination with Group HR, be accountable for recruitment,training, goal setting, performance management, personnel costs…for allemployees in Hanoi office following Group policies and guidelines
· Officemanagement: rental, maintenance, security, petty cash, filing system…
· Accountablefor day-to-day operation of the branch
Completeall the periodical and ad-hoc reports to the BOM
