- Bachelor degree or above, Major in business management or English is preferred
- At least 5 years working experience in export customer service or related area
- Experience in manufacturing industry
- Very good English communication
- Very strong internal personal skill
- Willing to learn new things

Mô tả công việc

- Understand customer needs, maintain and develop business relationship with existing & new customers
- Collaborate with internal team to fulfill customer demand
- Set up, continuously improvement, organize team meetings, training & developing team members
- Regular communicate with customers, include customer visiting & meeting, to get customer feedback so to propose correct customized new product & development plan, work with Sales / Customer Service & Customers to ensure the plan will be implemented.
- Analysis competitor situation in assigned sales area, work out proper strategy to develop the business with target customers.
- Booth design and product display set up for various fairs
- Assist to set up sales & marketing strategy, collect market information from various resources, to ensure the competitiveness of the product worldwide.
- Set up the proper product development plan as per business / cooperate strategy, carry out & check product development plan. Establish product development timetable, coordinate with other departments to ensure the product development plan is implemented well.
- Assist to manager set up department strategy, KPI. Manage the team to implement of the strategy & meet required KPI.
