- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a rapid pace manufacturing environment as an engineering manager

- 4 years Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Mathematics

- Years of experience: 5 to 7 years, experience with GSD (General Standard Data) or time study, Lean Manufacturing and Six-Sigma is a plus

- Good interpersonal and communication skills with trainers, supervisors

- Computer literacy in Microsoft, excel, power point

- Fluent in English

Mô tả công việc

- Training engineer and plant industrial engineers

- Maintain direct and indirect labor standards

- Assist IE Engineer and Plant manager in developing budgets and build schedules

- Improve productivity and plant efficiencies

- Manage cost savings projects

- Measure job content as necessary

- Develop layouts for new products or style changes as necessary

- Train and develop Industrial Engineers

- Maintain standard procedures for manufacturing processes

- Maintains material utilization

- Ensure that all equipment and machinery, as well as the facility’s physical structure, is properly maintained

- Ensure that spare parts and consumables supplied for equipment are maintained at optimal level

- Perform other tasks related to the position of Assistant Engineering Manager as necessary
