- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management orrelated field

- Background in technical field related.

- Relevantexperience in manufacturing / 3PL industry.

- Knowledgeof manufacturing process, procedures.

- Abilityto adapt to changes in work environment, work assignments and exerciseflexibility

- Ability to ensure compliance to applicable laws,guidelines, WI, policies, procedures andpractices

- Planning,organizing, and delegation skills

- English language proficiency

Mô tả công việc

- Supervisesoperations in accordance with policies, standard procedures and safetystandard.

- Ensures all theperformance meets customer requiremen

- Coordinates withcustomer on daily production plan, product specifications and approval

- Make dutyassignments: occupation ofwork stations, working instructions, employee breaks, OT assignment, back-upfor absent employees and shift rotations, etc.

- Support employee introduction and providestraining-on-job to newcomers.

- Establish employee goals and conducts employeeperformance reviews.

- Arrange daily pre-shift meetings with operationstaff.

- Responsible for maintenance of equipment, door,lighting, tools, forklifts, etc.

- Daily report to Shift Leaders and OperationsManagement.

- Performs other functions when needed.
