Tester:
- Graduated technical university major mechanical, programing and torque tightening.
- More than 3 years’ experience in testing software and torque manager in the automobile industry
- Network system & PC hardware experience.
- Profound testing equipment know how, good automobile manufacture knowledge
- Fluent English/ German in oral speech and writing.

FMEA:
'- University degree major automobile manufacturing
- Min 3 years’ experience in process engineer, office work and PLP/ FMEA knowledge is preferable.
- Strong knowledge in automobile manufacturing.
- Good skill in PC literacy
- Bilingual English – Vietnamese, good English in speech and writing

- Ability to adapt multinational working environment.
- Depth knowledge about automobile products.
- Presentation skill
- Analyst skill.
- Capable to achieve change.

Tester:
- Being responsible for all passenger car Testing Program and safety torque, which have been used IS-tester and toolcart, based on MO/PCPBA and CGIS information to ensure consistent with established Daimler AG quality standards.
- Receiving checking, installing, updating and correcting IS tester soft & hardware to ensure that IS tester operate smoothly.
- Analyzing tightening errors, create report, give a solution, writing deviation letter to record the changes and change tightening program to achieve the requested torque.
- Checking, repairing, installing updating and verifying all maters related to Too-cart of assembly line.
- Maintenance IS tester & tool cart base to maintenance schedule and maintenance guide of manufacturer.


FMEA:
'- Analytical Technical lead by vehicle process such as: Creating PLP in production shop floor, Following up/ updating the PLP implementing of technical changes in production fields
- Ensure that potential failure models and their causes are considered and addressed.
- Create the mental discipline that should be used in planning any manufacturing process like Setting up document for ISO-TS 16949, 14000 and production audits (internally/ externally).
- Set up production control plans.
- Follow up/ update all technical changes in production punctually.
