Mint Magazine, A Gannett Co., is looking for an Account Services Coordinator. This qualified candidate will serve as the primary liaison between clients, sales reps and the production staff. The position is responsible for delivering quality customer service to all parties. The position is responsible for moving ads (artwork) into and out of the creative process in an efficient manner. Duties: • Contact and speak with clients and sales reps with regard to all aspects of the creative process including ad changes and approvals. • Respond to all customer communications professionally and within a reasonable amount of time. • Regularly review allocation reports with each Account Executive to facilitate the book closing. • Regularly communicate with production department regarding changes and updates to art work. • Daily prioritization and review of ad copy for content; communicate problems with sales reps. • Guide and assist the graphics personnel in the creation of ads and completion of changes. • Proofread any changes and give final approval for the ads to be placed in the magazine. • Maintain proof trails as an accurate reflection of the status and history of each ad. • Layout & assembly of ads in the various magazines. • Other duties as assigned.
