- Good administration planning and management to provide a well-care office working environment.
- Ensuring item requirements are processed at cost efficiency and value for money.
- Supervising performance and coaching to the AD team: Admin staff, Receptionist, Cleaners, Security guards and Drivers.
- Good planning and organization of staff benefit including outing, periodic health examination and other company events.
- Other tasks assigned by SM/ DM.

Our company is authorized to do maintenance service for Mitsubishi Electric elevators and escalators in Vietnam and import genuine spare parts from Mitsubishi Electric Building Techno-Service Co., Ltd. in Japan who also has a spare parts stock center in Thailand named MELTEC Parts & Engineering Co., Ltd.
