KBOI-TV in Boise, ID has an exciting opportunity for an aggressive and energetic Multimedia Journalist (MMJ) for our morning newscast. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Reporting, shooting and editing stories for the newscast Conducting live shots in the show Generating content for the web and social media accounts Developing and maintaining contacts Enterprising story ideas Required Skills and Qualifications: Sharp news judgment An aggressive response to breaking news Commitment to journalistic standards of ethics and accuracy Proficiency with Facebook, Twitter and emerging social media A Bachelor’s degree in journalism is required.
