- Control and take care all about Human Resourcesections, follow up and manage the data of labors. Ensuring all the labor relations documents are set up according to law regulations,keeping and making it ready to be refered if necessary.
- In charge of administrative activities, follow Board of Directors's instructions.
- Having experience in making certificate of labor, extention visa, temporary card… for foreign labors and other documents concerning with office.
- Having a good knowledge about Safety, Labor, Enviroment activities in factory.
- Monitor and resolve the policy about Social welfare, Personal Income Tax for labours.Making the welfare, bonus for staff.
- Manage, checking time in/ time out and staff attendance for Payroll process.
-Consulting to Board of Directors about recruitment activity: recruitment,human resource utilization, training, evaluating, salary structure, treatment, insurance…
- In charge of office supplies, stationery, cleaning service, car rental.
- Other tasks by BOD.
