Mô tả công việc

The Operation Leader ensures that all membership, fitness and service functions within the club provide the best member experience, team member environment, and achieve financial success.
- Ensure all the club facilities are in order when club opens for daily service & before evening classes start
- Maintain high level of customer care and handling complaints, as necessary, assist customers with their complaints and provide solutions to meet customers' satisfaction.
- Organizing, training and supervising staff, including drawing up staff rotas;
- Manages the overall administrative operations and oversees the development and coordination of productivity and quality performance measurement systems.
- Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining computer database tables, queries and reports of Employee Wellness programs to ensure efficient workflow processes.
- Implements processes to meet strategic planning goals. Oversees operational changes to assure compliance with program requirements and trains Key individuals on program changes.
- Compiles program participation data for Operation Manager and generates monthly usage and billing reports.
- Generates weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports on fitness facilities and wellness program usage.
- Other ad hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
