Mô tả công việc

1. OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
Do customs clearance at Port/Airport for export or import shipments.
2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
• Receive information from Documentation Team about customers, customs sheet, goods, shipping documents …
• Directly declare custom and custom clearance via Ecus,...when required.
• Do the work allocated
• Contact with shipping company, government organization such as Customs, Quality Assurance and Testing Centre … to serve the undertaking himself
• Able to follow up working process of other team member.
• Solve problems (if any) related to government organization such as Customs, Shipping Company, Port, Quality Assurance and Testing Centre …
• Complete payment, return documents after finishing orders to documentation team customers on time.
3. OTHERS
• Do other jobs assigned by Manager/Supervisor/Team leader
