Yêu cầu khác

• Technical and mechanical knowledge;
• At least 5 years experiences in industrial production management;
• Fluent English;
• Mastering Production and Quality index (KPI, AQL, 5S etc)
• Strong leadership skills; ability to solve complex manufacturing and management issues.
• Practical, strong organizational skills, autonomous in work and rigorous.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Able to reach monthly target.
• Able to work in noisy environment in workshop of milling.

(Priority for candidates who lives in Bac Giang Province)

Mô tả công việc

• Responsible to manage production activities of one line;
• Respecting Monthly Targets (Productivity rates of process, Defect rate, monthly production capacity);
• Applying principles of Lean Manufacturing;
• Organizing Production Line and Production Flow;
• Optimizing process for mass production;
• Coordinating all departments in Production Line;
• Coordinating and collaborating with other departments (mechanic, quality control, planning, stock, logistic);
• Organizing, supervising and managing the production line including raw materials; human resources; machines etc to be sure to correctly follow the monthly production planning as requested;
• Organizing the planning of production and quality meetings, daily worker schedules, daily production activities, weekly or monthly machine maintenance plans to improve the production;
• Supervising, pushing the productivity of workers and to manage lead times, work priorities, worker performance to get the assigned factory lead times and goals and ensure that the production is achieved as planned;
• Supervising and managing quality standards, quality control programs to ensure that the product effectively satisfies the quality standards requested by the client;
• Working with Production Director on production line planning such as headcount requirement/machinery/sub operation capacity to improve the production;
