1. EDUCATION / TRAINING
• Communication (English) Bachelor degree or equivalent degree.
• Strong communication in English

2. PROFESSIONAL / TRADE QUALIFICATION
• English (advance level) language is an advantage

3. COMPETENCIES:
• Positive attitude toward safe work practices

4. EXPERIENCE
• 1-2 years Project Admin/coordination experience (specially in manufacturing)
• Reasonable familiarity with budget control tool/ documents
• Experience working in oil industry safety standard.

5. COMPUTER PROFICIENCY
• Microsoft office: Excel, Word, Power Point.
• Internet: searching tool,

6. KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIP
Internal: Project team, LOBP team

Mô tả công việc

• Respond to Information management according PMS (Project Management System)
• Provide project administration service and support and responsible for Project data tracking.
• Collect Project report from Project engineers , HSSE supervisor and EPC contractor and update according to PMS guideline
• Managing stock for site office stationary and consumable goods.
• Arrange accommodation for abroad Shell staffs
• Assist to organize project even such as safety day, team building
