A) Education & Qualification Requirements
University graduate in Quality Management or related discipline

B) Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ working experience in quality assurance or related field. Two years’ working experience at supervisory or managerial level is preferred.


C) Technical competency Requirements
1. Knowledge in SA8000/ISO9001/TQM/Quality System Management/Quality Statistics
2. Knowledge in factory Quality operation and system.
3. Good command of English.

D) Behavioral Competency Requirements/Attributes
1. Good communication and interpersonal skills
2. Strong analytically power
3. Good supervisory skills

A) Job Purpose

1. Develop Quality Assurance strategies and initiatives
2. Implement Quality Assurance policy and procedures

B) Key Roles and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities)

1. Set long term quality goals and direction, develop strategies and implement procedures, to meet set objectives in reasonable cost, ultimately achieve the Group’s mission of “Customer delight” in providing quality service and product.
2. Promote Quality culture by conducting orientation and training in Quality Concept
3. Deal with customers in resolving Quality related issues
4. Ensure operation of QA team is effective and efficient
5. Take a proactive approach to improve Quality system in the factory and sub-contractors
6. Maintain, review and update Quality requirements from customers and Group
7. Lead the QA team, develop in-house QA procedures and requirements, and ensure the team delivers the right results
8. Ensure QA staff know their roles and responsibilities, well trained and updated regularly according to changes required by customers and their Quality expectations
9. Provide professional advice on Quality system and handle Quality related issues
10. Perform any other job assignments as per instruction from superior

C) Key Results/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1. Customer Final Inspection Performance > 98%
2. Overall Quality Level < 4%
3. Quality Cost at the minimal
