1. Set long term quality goals and direction, develop strategies and implement procedures, to meet set objectives in reasonable cost, ultimately achieve the Group’s mission of “Customer delight” in providing quality service and product.
2. Promote Quality culture by conducting orientation and training in Quality Concept
3. Deal with customers in resolving Quality related issues
4. Ensure operation of QA team is effective and efficient
5. Take a proactive approach to improve Quality system in the factory and sub-contractors
6. Maintain, review and update Quality requirements from customers and Group
7. Lead the QA team, develop in-house QA procedures and requirements, and ensure the team delivers the right results
8. Ensure QA staff know their roles and responsibilities, well trained and updated regularly according to changes required by customers and their Quality expectations
9. Provide professional advice on Quality system and handle Quality related issues
10. Perform any other job assignments as per instruction from superior
