1.Set up and get ready to operate Pizza4Ps restaurant in Hanoi
Admin-HR task:
- Supporting management to apply for business license and other legal
documents.
- Opening bank account, set up machine for credit card in restaurant
- Setting up utilities like telephone, internet, electricity, gas and so on
- Selecting recruiting media, proceeding posting, hiring restaurant and office
staff
- Being the focal point to contact with Head Office in HCM.
Procurement tasks:
- Finding suppliers for restaurant and negotiating with them. Proceed
purchasing with suitable suppliers
- Purchasing office stationery, equipment
2. Routine work after opening restaurant
- Translating for Japanese staff and Vietnamese staff
- Managing staff labor contract, insurance update and other paperworks
relating to labor management.
- Payroll calculation, Accounting data input to send to Head office.
- Replying Tripadvisor, Foody comment for the restaurant.
- Other tasks assigned by Management
