Quality Control Manager: We are looking for a Quality Control Manager for a 10 month+ contract in Garden Grove, CA.  The QC Manager will have approximately 6 direct reports and 20 indirect reports.  Must be a US Citizen with aerospace experience. Current requirements: Minimum of 7-10 years of QM experience BS & experience in Aerospace Industry Reading blueprints and specifications Knowledgeable in FAA process/procedure AS9100 / ISO9001 Experience with Root Cause analysis, problem solving, mistake proofing devices Job Summary: The Quality Manager ensures the management of the company's quality, process, and/or business improvement efforts within a defined segment of the organization.  Responsible for interfacing with engineering, customers, and Supply Chain or suppliers, on quality related issues.  This person typically has a staff of quality engineers, quality administration, and inspectors reporting directly to him/her.  Responsible for managing all quality assurance personnel within divisions.
