As a receptionist you will provide general support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks such as answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as ad hoc project support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: •Serve as a customer service ambassador in all interactions;•Answer multiple phones efficiently with a customer-centric approach;•Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly;•Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner;•Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents;•Manage incoming and outgoing mail;•Prepare and ship packages;•Perform employment verifications;•Provide administrative and project management support•Perform a variety of clerical duties. •Other duties may be assigned depending on the business needs of the company.
