The Sourcer III supports the sourcing team in recruitment activities by performing administrative tasks to help drive candidate traffic. Works with team members on conducting market research and sourcing solutions in various categories. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops and delivers role specific sourcing strategies to meet individual program and/or vertical requirements. Identification, development and delivery of relevant sourcing/recruiting/market content to internal and external stakeholders. Ability to perform quality targeted searches. Multiple account ownership and demonstrated ability to delegate necessary tasks for delivery. Post approved content to mega board and niche sites. Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies for program implementation. Coordinate approved advertisement execution to include but not limited to: Basic data mining, grassroots, community outreach and university outreach companied with knowledge and understanding of the resources. Compile and format electronic site data for presentation to internal operational and/or sourcing program owners. Expert user of candidate cultivation and recruitment tools and technologies (CRM, ATS, mobile and social media, etc.). To include identification, disbursement and utilization of those tools. Cold-call candidates and competitors for development of comprehensive lead lists. Develop catered Boolean Search Strings and adjust to market response as needed. Evaluate and present the effectiveness of current initiatives/strategies/tools/technologies/job boards and offer solutions including general market analysis and direct competitor evaluations. Develop job-related marketing content including postings, email campaigns, flyers and networking outreach. Management of talent communities and pipelines to meet individual program and/or including professional networks and associations catering to direct employment competition to build the talent pools. Demonstrates a high level of proactivity when interacting with internal teams, client stakeholders and leadership. Develops sourcing peers on various skills and technologies required for advancement. Thorough understanding of OFCCP Compliance and consultation with internal program owners and/or clients. Organizational mapping. Identification and implementation of process/procedure improvements for internal and external account concerns.
