- University degree in human resources management, business administration, foreign languages or related HR fields
- At least 3 years of working in recruitment field.
- Prefer candidate who has work experience in financial, insurance and bank industry with company size over 500+ staffs.
- Master skills of selection and interview.
- Strong computer skills, good knowledge of HR management, recruitment.
- Can work independently and work with “can-do” attitude
- Good communication in English both writing and oral
- Ability to work under high pressure and meet deadlines;
- Have ability of coordination, communication and problem solving skill
- Have a good sense of judgment in recruitment
