Job Requirement Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures. Prior experience in Planning/Logistics for furniture manufacturing company is an advantage.
Ability to communicate in English both verbally and written and excellent phone manner
Possess good Organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive
Can work independently but also a team player
MS Office skills
Customer service focus/open and friendly manner.
Demonstrate effective time and self-management

Mô tả công việc

• Photography
– Weekly summary report and advise Photographer on uploading relation.
– List / check on catalogues making.
• Respond to all enquiries on Product Codes, Drawing, Dimensions, Materials.
• Process Purchase Orders from clients by translating into Sales documents (Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, “Debit Note – for consignment customers”)
• Respond to enquiries from Consignment customers
• Arrange & follow touch-up. Order missing part / hardware or replacements
• Arrange stock delivery following orders
• Make Packing List & report Full Shipping documents
• Update Sales Orders Tracking Sheet & Invoice Log Sheet.
• Create SO per Matt’s request – Create Shipment on TradeGecko
• Upload New Inventory / New Products on TradeGecko
• Update Stock Adjustment weekly – TradeGecko
• Update Stock & Price List weekly - Dropbox
•T ransfer and Dispatch stock on MRP system
• Create & Update the board line list in office
