1. Builds strong and co-operative business relationships with customers for product development. Looks at all activities from a customer’s viewpoint and seeks to understand the customer’s real needs and expectations at all times.
2. Maintain an effective communication and proper follow ups with Buyers and Vendors to ensure information is conveyed correctly and timely.
3. Communicates product changes/updates at critical points in the development process to the internal team.
4. Follow up all the details of sample development and order with the garment factories. Arrange sample submission to customers for approval.
5. To analyze a complex set of issues and solving problem by determine how things fit into production and whether they meet the functional needs of customers.
6. Assist in the product development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality requirements, including monitoring fabric cutting schedule, delivery quantity, shipment date, and QC control.
Monitoring production and shipment reports to assist account department in managing customer account details for payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
