Sales & Business Development Account Manager for Infection Prevention and Control (Career Growth Opportunity within the fastest growing division of a $5+ billion company)   Our client, a Fortune 500 company, is an innovative leader in the chemistries that provide disinfection and sanitization in hospitals and other healthcare facilities. They are adding 4 members to their direct sales team in: Kansas City, MO The Carolinas Denver, CO Phoenix, AZ Additionally, there is a team of brokers and distributors that you will manage to help fully cover the territory for you. Thus, some experience managing an indirect sales force is helpful, but not required. The opportunity: Within the product lines that our client currently has, they have a 25% market share. Thus, clearly a well established base of proven business with ample opportunity for growth. Additional product lines and applications are constantly being researched and will be brought to market as various approvals are obtained.  This is a developmental position, i.e., the company is looking for people who can grow with the division and product line and, where appropriate, move into other roles within the company. In other words, the company is looking for future leaders. The initial base is $90K to $92K. An opportunity to earn up to 20% of base in bonus (which has happened every year since 2007). This brings first year comp to $108K. And up to another 15% in profit sharing (which goes into your retirement plan. Begins in year 2.) ...for a total of 35% bonus potential. A company car is also provided (Also, it is available for personal use and that is a strong benefit in this age of higher gasoline prices.)
