University/ College graduate
- Fluent in English (Speaking, listening)
- Preferred female candidates and cooperate a long time
- Minimum two (2) year experience in a similar position
- Be able to work on shift (2 shifts) Shift 1:7:00-14:30- Shift 2:14:30 -22:00
- Be able to work on Tet and Holiday (Holiday bonus, annual leave, team building, etc.)
- A dynamic, modern, friendly and professional working environment.
- Negotiation skills, independently
- Active, enthusiastic, open minded, caring and resourceful
- To possess relevant tourism background (certificate, experience..)
- To be able to work under pressure and complete target
- To be able to travel
- Knowledge of MS Office

Brief the Customers about tour, air ticket, train ticket, hotel…
- Handling Customer queries in relation to these product
- Collecting and recording information from Customers
- Incorporating with other departments to organizing tours and services to Customers
- Following up the services for the best and exclusive services at an executive service level
- Providing information relating to travel/tourism
- Self-confident
