Our Sacramento, CA office is in need of a Senior Civil Project Manager with 10+ years of experience as an engineer working on various private and/or public infrastructure projects for water, wastewater, storm water, site development or other related project types as a project manager overseeing the development of design studies, plans, specifications, and estimates.  The ideal candidate will have proven success building new client relationships and maintaining existing client relationships with various private and/or public entities as well as pursuing and winning new work. This person will also have experience leading a team of engineers, setting and communicating team and individual goals, driving operational performance while mentoring staff.  They will also possess an interest and desire to grow a team and perform all facets of the business: finding, winning and doing work. In Sacramento, we are a growing office of Engineers and Environmental professionals who value teamwork, communication, follow through and having fun. You'll have an opportunity to expand your existing client base by working with our diverse range of clients that includes both small and large clients at the Federal, State and local agency level as well as private clients.  You'll be able to network and collaborate with peers on pursuits and projects across our US operating centers and other operating centers around the globe.     Qualifications:     Current CA Civil PE Minimum 10 years of civil engineering experience on private and/or public infrastructure design projects for water, wastewater, storm water or site development. Project management experience leading a team of multi-discipline staff or sub-consultants. Business development experience; success winning work with clients in the Sacramento, Central Valley or Foothills areas. Experience leading a team of engineers and technical staff.
