If you are seeking a fun place to work with a company that offers an excellent salary plus bonus and profit sharing in addition to a normal work week, then this Senior Financial Analyst Job may be for you. Duties: • Create and finalize the company's $300 million budget by working closely with senior managers from designated internal departments• Work with team members to determine and finalize the fringe and payroll rates used in the organization's yearly budget.• Process and distribute monthly financial reports to staff• Produce the monthly financial write-up for the Company's various divisions.  This report is submitted to the CEO on a monthly basis and the Finance Committee on a quarterly basis.  • Create a monthly close financial review template to easily and efficiently analyze variances.• Develop a forecasting template to analyze and compare the total organization's 3 year forecast against the current year budget and prior year actuals to determine realistic projections.• Create a financial model to review and analyze the trending revenue.  Qualifications:• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance• 5 years of Financial Analysis experience in a mid-sized company    For immediate consideration please send your resume directly to: [Click Here to Email Your Resumé] with Senior Financial Analyst, Chicago, IL in the subject line.  Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
