Edward Jones was the highest ranking financial-services firm.Key Responsibilities: Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full life cycle recruiting for the (Branch Development) division at Edward JonesSource diverse, qualified candidate pool for open positions through various means, including daily searches in applicant tracking system/internal resume database, external on-line resume databases, internet postings, social networking websites, networking with professional and community based organizations etc.Collaborate and build relationships among stakeholders to align recruiting activities toward achieving firm, division, and department objectivesPartner with senior leadership and utilize creativity, near and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization to deliver effective recruiting strategiesServe as a consultant to hiring leaders to understand and create staffing strategies as well as shape/guide their decisions on candidates, proposed salaries and position requirementsStays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-Art recruiting practices and innovate and implement processes, tactics and strategies to deliver consistent results with A+ serviceSupport the implementation of innovative sourcing processes and strategies as well as department initiatives
