- Manage, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve personal sales targets (TVC booking, sponsor, …)
- Fully in charge of the Sales department with also supervision of the reservations
- Establishes sales objectives, budget, and business plan.
- Maintains sales volume, selling price by keeping current with supply & demand, changing trends and competitions
- Establishes and adjusts selling price by monitoring costs and competitions
- Completes national sales requirements, assigning employees, following up on work results.
- Recruits, orientates and train employees in Sales department
- Develops new business relationships.
