• 1- 2 years experiences in related position in logistics/ forwarding company.
• Hard working, flexible, well organized, good teamwork, and long term working…
• Being able to work under high pressure
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Mô tả công việc

• In charge of ocean/air in & out documentary job (Forwarding field).
• Customer service
• Issue arrival notice, D/O, invoice to customer; statement to overseas partners.
• Dealing air freight, arrange booking space with suitable schedule, issue AWB, HBL, MBL, send pre-alert to overseas partner and follow up shipment until arrive destination.
• Issue statement to partners; follow monthly local debit/credit (customers, carriers).
• Make monthly report. Check A/F, O/F from related partner.
• Solve problem that arise during delivery.
*Specific duties of each position will be discussed during the interview
