- Minimum 3 to 5 year working experiences at same position

- Familiar with good manufacturing practices

- Familiar with workmanship standards

- Knowledge of SMT and Test operations is a plus

- Must have leadership skills to direct employees toward production goals

- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

- Ability to manage priority & workflow. Must be hand on in production environment

- Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skill

- Ability to work under high pressure in fast pace manufacture

- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels

- Age: 28-40

Mô tả công việc

- Plans, implements and executes actions to meet following key performance indicators:
+ On-time Delivery
+ Yields / Quality Improvement
+ Productivity & Cycle Time Improvement
+ Cost Reduction & waste elimination
+ W.I.P. Control / Scrap & attrition
+ 5S

- Work with other departments to resolve daily issues such as materials, delivery, quality & employee performance

- Monitor & report daily production results, materials usage, waste /MRB and down time.
- Works with the various teams on maximizing machine efficiency, manpowers planning & headcount utilization
- Ensures 5S practices & discipline are implemented and observed at all times on the production lines

- Ensures production staffs are properly trained and certified to perform allocated tasks

- Take the initiative to improve production floor continuously

- Performs other duties as assigned by manager
