Sr. Mechanical Engineer-Centrifugal Pumps   Individual will utilize experience and engineering knowledge in the development of centrifugal pump products and their application. Will also be responsible to create and manage new product design, research and development from concept to production, as well as provide knowledge and assistance to all other departments regarding the fitness and application of current product offerings. This individual must be able to work with management and marketing to establish product improvements and new product concepts.    Essential Requirements:   Assists and confers with engineering department for design concept interpretations Provides guidance and leadership within the engineering department Creates conceptual and detailed models and drawings for research and development projects Provides product and application expertise where required Establishes and enforces engineering procedures, standard and best practices Generates required engineering calculations as per application and design requirements Interfaces between all departments and engineering
