TAX REVIEWER NATIONAL GROUP TAX The Ayco Company, L.P., a Goldman Sachs Company, is one of the nation’s leading financial counseling firms. Ayco has provided specialized services in such areas as tax and estate planning, investments and insurance to Fortune 500 executives for over 30 years. Ayco’s National Tax Practice is responsible for tax preparation, compliance and planning with individual, partnership, corporation, trust and/or gift tax returns. Due to continued growth in the business, we are looking to fill a Tax Reviewer opening in our Dallas, TX office. Responsibilities: Review of complex federal and multi-state tax returns for our high net-worth executive clients. Advise our financial counselors on client tax-compliance issues. Pro-active approach toward analysis and resolution of client tax matters. Analyze tax data submitted by clients for accurate entry in tax processing software. Develop clear understanding of and comply with Tax Department technical and administrative procedures. Communicate directly with team information necessary to complete returns. Prepare amended returns as needed. Develop expertise in resolving Internal Revenue Service and state correspondence issues received by clients
