We are a well-known organization looking for a Technical Lead with strong core Java skills integrating systems and a background in web technologies. This is NOT for a GUI developer, this role focuses on the mid tier - back end of the systems, specifically on integration. You must have a strong background in core Java, Spring, J2EE and web technologies like XML and HTML. You will lead a team in the integration of systems including Identity Access Management components. You will be hands on building the most complex parts of the systems and mentoring more junior developers through the entire SDLC of the development projects.What You Need for this PositionRequirements: Bachelors degree 7+ years of development experience with at least 2 years in a technical lead role.
